Lunch is included for all Exhibitors. There will be a Nourishment Hub, which includes tea, coffee and small snacks, open to all Exhibitors except during lunchtime.

Booth Information
Booths are 8 ft deep and 10 ft wide and are fully draped. Included is a 6ft table and 2 chairs. Electrical connection available for each booth - please make sure to select you require electrical when registering.
Due to fire and safety regulations your display must not extend beyond your booth.
All vendors are expected to purchase insurance for this event. Full details are found in your confirmation email. You can also contact the OCA office for full details at rob@ontariocamps.ca.

Preferential booth placement is given, in the following order, to conference sponsors, OCA Preferred Vendors and then non-OCA Vendors.

Additional Registration Information
If you are an OCA Preferred Vendor, please log-in with the email associated with your OCA membership account. Your booth registration covers the cost for two Exhibitors. Please add the second Exhibitors as a guest. For additional Exhibitors, please purchase an Exhibitors Pass for each Exhibitors.
Conference registration is non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.
Exhibitors will have access to all sessions and workshops on February 15, 2024. If you are interested in attending sessions and workshops on February 14, please purchase a Day Pass in the OCA Connects 2024 Conference Registration page.
The last day to register is January 29, 2024, subject to availability.

About BMO IFL
BMO IFL is a standalone, corporate learning facility in north Toronto. It is comprised of three areas: the corporate facility, an overnight-stay wing and leisure facilities. It can be reached by local transit, ride-share and taxi services. Close proximity to the DVP, HWY 401 and 407.
