Includes access to all February 14 sessions, workshops, and Affiliate Show. Accommodation at BMO IFL overnight February 14. Rooms are single occupancy. Meals included: lunch and dinner on February 14; breakfast February 15. All ticket types are priced per person. Only for OCA Members.
A.5. OCA Member February 15 Day & Night Pass – $435.00

B.1. OCA Banquet – $65.00
Access to OCA Banquet - does not include access to sessions. All ticket types are priced per person. If you have a Night Pass to stay at BMO IFL on February 14, please connect with the OCA Office for a discount at events@ontariocamps.ca for a discount before you complete registration. Open to everyone.
C.1. Student/HLM February 14 & 15 Day Pass – $200.00
Includes access to all conference sessions, workshops, Affiliate Show and Exhibit Show. Lunch is included. All ticket types are priced per person.
D.1. Non-Member February 14 Day Pass – $350.00

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

If you are registering for one person and one ticket type (ex. one person for February A.1. OCA Member February 14 Day Pass), please proceed through registration.
If you are registering for multiple people and one ticket type (ex. five people for A.1. OCA Member February 14 Day Pass), please proceed through registration and add people as guests to your registration.
If you are registering for one person and multiple ticket types (ex. A.1. OCA Member February 14 Day Pass and B.1. OCA Banquet), please PAUSE YOUR REGISTRATION and reach out to the OCA Office at events@ontariocamps.ca. Please include in the email the number of people who are registering and the ticket types.
If you are registering for multiple people and multiple ticket types (ex. five people for A.1. OCA Member February 14 Day Pass and five people for B.1. OCA Banquet) please PAUSE YOUR REGISTRATION and reach out to the OCA Office at events@ontariocamps.ca. Please include in the email the number of people who are registering and the ticket types.

About Your Ticket

All ticket types are priced per person. To view an overview of all ticket types, please click here. If you have a question about the best ticket type for your professional development goals, or have a question about financial assistance, please contact events@ontariocamps.ca.

If you are an administrator for your organization and are registering for others, please include the delegates information during registration to ensure they receive future communications about the OCA Connects 2024 Conference.

Conference fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.

How to Use Your 10% Membership Renewal Discount

If you completed your Membership Renewal by September 30, 2023, you are able to use your 10% discount for this event. To use the discount, please follow these steps:

Complete your registration but STOP at the payment step.
Select "Invoice Me".
Send an email to events@ontariocamps.ca and let us know you'd like to use the discount. We will amend the invoice.
Complete payment.

This discount cannot be applied after payment, no refunds will be given.

OCA Banquet, February 14

Enjoy a night celebrating our camp community, filled with music, food, laughs and good times!! We'll also be celebrating our 2023 Award Recipients! Please indicate any dietary restrictions during your registration process.

If you are staying overnight at BMO IFL on February 14, please reach out to the OCA team, at events@ontariocamps.ca for a discount before you complete registration.

About BMO IFL

BMO IFL is a standalone, corporate learning facility in north Toronto. It is comprised of three areas: the corporate facility, an overnight-stay wing and leisure facilities. It can be reached by local transit, ride-share and taxi services. Close proximity to the DVP, HWY 401 and 407.

BMO IFL offers free, on-site parking.

Dining Options

Lunch is included for all delegates. There will be a Nourishment Hub, which includes tea, coffee and small snacks, open to all delegates except during lunchtime.

All those staying at BMO IFL will have complimentary breakfast and dinner. Delegates not staying at BMO IFL can add-on breakfast or dinner to their registration.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions during your registration process.

Accommodations

BMO IFL

OCA has secured a block of rooms at BMO IFL which and can be purchased as a package with conference registration or as an add-on. Each night's stay will include dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning.

We are offering overnight stay February 13, 14 and 15.

The rooms are single occupancy due to fire safety regulations. For more information on staying at BMO IFL, click here. This means you cannot share a room with a partner, friend or child.

Courtyard by Marriot

OCA has secured a block of rooms at Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Northeast/Markham. Click here to book. The last date to book to secure our conference rate is Wednesday, January 24, 2024.

Parking at the Courtyard Marriott is $6.00/vehicle.
