    The 2019 OCA Election will take place online through ElectionRunner from Jan. 3, 2019 to Jan. 18, 2019 at 12 p.m.

    The Annual General Meeting (AGM)* will take place on Wed., Jan. 23, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in Butternut/Holly at the Hilton Toronto-Markham Suites, 8500 Warden Ave., Markham, ON  L6G 1A5.

    *The AGM is open to anyone that would like to attend.

    • One table and two chairs will be provided at each display in the Conference Centre on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. 
    • Setup time begins at 4 p.m. and take down will begin at 10:00 p.m.
    • Dinner is included.

    Further information will be provided including final times, a map of where your table will be located in the Conference Centre, a parking pass, confirmation of name tags and any other information that the hotel provides.

    Setup is from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dinner will be provided for three staff per booth. Additional staff will be charged $50.00 + HST. Exhibitors may purchase lunch at the hotel restaurant or bring their own.


    Exhibitors are invited at no charge to the President's Reception Casino Night, beginning at 8:30 p.m.


    Refunds will be given ONLY for written cancellations prior to November 30, 2018. The refund will be 75% of your payment due to administrative fees.
