About Your Ticket
All ticket types are priced per person. There are no "camp passes" for this conference. If you have a question about the best ticket type for your professional development goals, or have a question about financial assistance, please contact the OCA office.
If you are registering multiple people for the conference, you can add guest registrations for the same ticket type (ie Full Conference) - but not for a different ticket type in that transaction - for instance a Full Conference AND a Thursday Program Ticket.
Conference fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.
The OCA [Re]Connects 2023 Exhibit Show and After Party
You don't want to miss out on the OCA [Re]Connects 2023 Exhibit Show, running from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31 2023. Learn about the amazing products and services our vendors have to offer, and network with OCA's Preferred Vendors to learn more about how they can support your camp/OEC operations!
After sessions end for the day, join us at the OCA [Re]Connects 2023 Exhibit Show After Party, taking place after the Exhibit Show at the Living Arts Centre! This is your opportunity to continue the conversation with OCA Preferred Vendors, members of the OCA Board of Directors and staff team, and other conference attendees! Awards Dinner
Tickets are available for our 90th Anniversary OCA Awards Dinner! The Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday, March 30 in the evening at the Living Arts Centre, and is a celebration of this year's Awards Recipients. Registration for all Awards Dinner tickets closes on March 16th to accommodate our food service provider's deadline. More details coming soon!
About the Venue
The Living Arts Centre is a municipally-owned venue for the arts, with multiple theatres, workshop rooms and conference spaces. It requires only a short walk from Square One Shopping Centre and the City Centre Transit Terminal and can be easily reached by local transit, ride-share and taxi services.
Parking Information
The Living Arts Centre’s underground parking is open for conference delegates.
Clearly marked wheelchair access parking spaces are located next to the elevators on levels P1 and P2, and are free with a valid permit.
Paid on-street parking is also available on Living Arts Drive & Prince of Wales Drive in designated spots. To learn more about the rates and locations for on-street parking, please visit the City’s metered on-street parking information.

New Delegates and Hospitality - The OCA [Re]Room!
If you're new to the OCA Community, attending the conference solo, or are eager to [re]connect with your peers, be sure to visit the OCA [Re]Room! This space is your welcome centre, with sign-ups for activities and meal outings, sign-ups for session buddies and more! Coffee will be available in this room for conference attendees - remember to bring your reusable mug.

Food is not included in the conference package (aside from our separate ticketed 90th Anniversary OCA Awards Dinner). As we approach the conference date, registrants will receive more information about local restaurants and food vendors.
OCA's 90th - the HUB
Join OCA's 90th Committee at the HUB! This room is all about exploring, sharing and connecting with OCA's rich history and wealth of camp leadership experience. The Hub includes a showcase of OCA Archives, interactive opportunities through stories or informative chats with some of OCA's Honorary Life Members. Hosted and staffed by members of the Archives and the Community Engagement Committees of the OCA, The Hub’s focus this year is OCA’s 90 YEARS OF STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE.
