You will have received up to three different emails indicating your requirement to go to Wild Apricot to sign-off on your operation's standards compliance.

If you have more than one sign-off to complete, you'll need to complete each one separately by following the link in each email. You'll know a sign-off has been completed when you receive a confirmation email.

Deadline to Sign Off: Friday, May 27, 2022

We will follow up until all applicable sign offs for your organization have been completed.

Multi-Site Organizations with 10 or More Sites

As shared in the OCA Weekly on January 6, 2022, “Accreditation for multi-site organizations with 10 or more sites that are owned and managed by the same group is based on an organization, not individual camps/outdoor education centres. For these organizations, 25% of camps/outdoor education centres will be visited once every four years. The original motion passed by the Board of Directors included the requirement to annually submit one self-assessment form per camp/outdoor education centre by the individual who is responsible for the interpretation, enforcement and compliance of OCA standards. These organizations will now receive a sign-off in the spring to be signed by the organization's OCA membership administrator to confirm that each director under their supervision is compliant with OCA's current standards.”

As your organization falls into this membership category, you are required to complete this sign off.

Sign Off

I represent and warrant that each director/relevant staff of each camp/OEC location within my organization has reviewed and will comply with OCA’s 2022 Standards and any amendments to the standards that take place from time to time for the current operating season.

I have legal authorization to sign on behalf of the organization I represent.

The sign off needs to be completed by the individual who is operationally responsible for the interpretation, enforcement and compliance of OCA standards. Please fill this out with the same due diligence as when your camp/OEC completes the answer sheets.
