Base fee:

1. OCA Member Camp/OEC Pass – $250.00
This pass enables an OCA camp or outdoor education centre to send any number of staff to our sessions. Please note that the person whose email is used to sign up will be responsible for sharing OCA communications about Spring into Summer with your team. Please use a company email (rather than a personal email). Contact alex@ontariocamps.ca with any questions.
2. OCA Individual Member – $85.00
This pass is for one person, and allows access to all virtual events.
3. Student Pass – $40.00
This pass is for individuals enrolled in post-secondary education.
4. Non-Member Individual Pass – $150.00

How Registration Works

If you’re a Camp or Outdoor Education Centre:

Select one person from your camp to register. This person is your Spring into Summer representative, and will be the person receiving all communications emails from the OCA, including the emails containing the program and links your team needs each week. Your Spring into Summer representative is responsible for sharing this information with your team.

If you’re an Individual or Student:

You will receive emails with the program and links you need for each week at least 10 days before to the email you have registered with. Please do not share your link with others.

For late registration

If you a registering within 5 days of a stream beginning, please be advised that you will need to pay online (rather than by cheque) in order to receive the Zoom links in time. If you encounter a difficulty, please email alex@ontariocamps.ca.

For assistance

If you are from a camp and your Spring into Summer representative has not sent you the information, please contact them first.

If you need further assistance, please email ocaeventhelp@gmail.com - this email will be monitored by OCA volunteers, ready to help you get connected to Spring into Summer!

Recordings

OCA will not be providing recordings of sessions of Spring into Summer other than our Keynotes. We recommend taking full advantage of your Camp pass and sending a delegate for sessions you are not able to attend.
